標題: [問卦] 有沒有台灣單機遊戲被網路遊戲打趴的八卦阿?

遙想幾年前台灣還有自產不少單機遊戲

像是仙劍.軒轅劍.大富翁.三國群英傳...等等

可是近幾年除了軒轅劍系列還有再更新以外

好像很少再聽到其他台灣人自產的單機遊戲了

就連仙劍也被中國買去?做成4代

而網路遊戲好像不怎麼受影響

反觀國產的遊戲好像都趴的差不多了

有這方面的八卦嗎?

（中央社記者賴又嘉台北8日電）前空軍士兵江國慶15年前因女童姦殺案遭軍方刑求錯殺，經聲請非常上訴後，最高法院認為，全案已裁定開始再審，原判江國慶死刑的判決就不存在，沒有非常上訴必要，裁定駁回。

也就是說，目前只能循軍方再審的判決結果，還江國慶清白。

國防部空軍作戰司令部民國85年間發生女童姦殺案，當時被認定是兇手的江國慶疑遭軍方刑求認罪，隔年隨即遭槍決。江父指控軍方刑求，四處奔走陳情，監察院去年調查認為，國防部疑對江國慶非法取供，檢察總長黃世銘因而下令全案重啟調查。

檢方根據案發現場的掌紋，今年1月間逮捕另1嫌疑人許榮洲後，台北地檢署上月認定女童姦殺案的真兇為許榮洲，以殺人罪起訴許，並認定江國慶遭軍方不當刑求而錯殺。

江國慶委任律師團去年6月間已為江國慶聲請非常上訴，並於今年2月間以全案有新事實、新證據為由，到國防部高等軍事法院遞狀，聲請再審，國防部5月26日認為聲請有理由，裁定開始再審，並於今天上午首次開庭。

至於江國慶的非常上訴，最高法院認為，因國防部軍事法院已確定全案開始再審，意即先前判決江國慶死刑定讞的軍方判決已失去效力，因而沒有非常上訴的必要，裁定駁回。1000608

面對即將開放的陸客自由行，商仲業者「戴德梁行」今天(8日)指出
，參考香港的經驗，CEPA(更緊密經貿關係安排)和陸客自由行對當地
房地產市場有很顯著的助益，因此，樂觀看待陸客自由行對台灣房地
產市場帶來的正面效益。

商仲業者戴德梁行指出，香港在開放陸客自由行與實施CEPA後，已對
零售、飯店與辦公大樓等商用房地產市場產生顯著的正面效益；而且
，在去年抑制住宅短期炒作政策施行後，也看到市場游資轉向商用市
場發展，預料當地商用市場會繼續成為投資者的焦點。

對於已和中國大陸簽署ECFA(兩岸經濟協議)的台灣將要開放陸客自由
行，業者表示，參考香港的經驗，樂觀看待陸客自由行對台灣房地產
市場的正面效益。戴德梁行大中華區行政總裁張國正說：『(原音)估
計自由行來台灣開放了以後，一樣的會對台灣的房地產有很大的促進
。』

不過，由於台灣的房地產市場仍有實際需求，相信在陸客自由行的推
動下，投資熱應該會持續。因此，業者也建議政府相關單位要注意市
場平衡，審慎地避免過熱與泡沫的出現。
